Airport Appliance Dublin Grand Opening Raffle Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
01. Eligibility: a. The raffle giveaway is open to legal residents of California who are 18 years of age or older. b. Employees of Airport Appliance and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
02. Raffle Entry: a. To enter the raffle, customers must make an in-store purchase at the Airport Appliance Dublin showroom located at 7460 Dublin Blvd. Dublin, CA 94568 of one of the eligible appliances during the Dublin Showroom Grand Re-Opening Sale Shopping Event between 01/17/2025 and 01/26/2025. b. Each eligible appliance purchase entitles the customer to one raffle entry.
03. Prize Categories: a. Four (4) prizes will be awarded at the Dublin Showroom store location only, one in each of the following categories: Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, and Laundry Pair. b. The prizes include: - Refrigerator: GE Profile PGE29BYTFS - $3999 Value - Range: KitchenAid KSGG700ESS (electric) /KSEG700ESS (gas) - $2599 Value - Dishwasher: BOSCH SHP78CP5N - $1349 Value - Laundry Pair: LG WM4000HWA washer & DLE/GX4000W electric or gas dryer - $2298 Value
04. Winner Selection: a. Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries for each prize category in each store location. b. The drawing will take place at the end of the Dublin Showroom Grand Re-Opening Sale Shopping Event (01/26/2025).
05. Announcement of Winners: a. Winners will be announced on Airport Appliance's official Social Media channels on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. b. Winners will also be notified via the contact information provided during the in-store purchase.
06. Prize Redemption: a. Winners will have the qualifying giveaway product purchased that was won via the raffle process credited back to their original payment method by no later than Friday 01/31/2025. b. Winners may be asked to present a valid photo ID and the winning raffle invoice to claim their prize. c. Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the winner announcement.
07. General Conditions: a. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. b. Airport Appliance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances. c. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Airport Appliance, which are final and binding.
08. Compliance with Laws: a. This raffle giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
