Ecommerce Manager

Full Job Description

Airport Home Appliance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital / E-commerce Manager to lead our digital strategy and online operations. This role is critical in optimizing website performance, driving customer acquisition through SEO and personalization, and improving conversion rates to maximize sales. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with IT, marketing, sales, and operations teams to create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience. We are looking for a data-driven innovator who stays ahead of e-commerce trends, leverages analytics for strategic decision-making, and continuously enhances the digital customer journey.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition (SEO), website personalization, conversion rate optimizations, and digital innovation to enhance e-commerce capabilities.
  • Manage online assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising for all products
  • Identify and address customer journey pain points to optimize the user experience, reduce bounce rate, and enhance engagement on site.
  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to optimize site usability, navigation, and mobile-first design.
  • Manage A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and overall site performance.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and purchasing teams to enhance the digital customer experience.
  • Lead the integration of digital systems with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, DT or Other software) for seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Implement automation tools and digital enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Oversee the functionality of Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging advanced data analytics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Continuously refine e-commerce processes and scale digital infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
  • Stay informed about emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.


Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online retail operations.
  • Experience managing SEO, website personalization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing and digital strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or custom solutions).
  • Experience using multiple connected platforms like ERP (NetSuite), CRM, and other digital tools.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, website personalization, conversation rate optimizations, digital advertising, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, web analytics, and user behavior analysis to improve conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Experience in managing digital merchandising, pricing strategies, and online promotions.

Soft Skills & Leadership:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally with IT, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Ability to lead projects and drive digital innovation to enhance customer experiences.
