We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Manager to take charge and drive the sales operations of our leading online appliance retail business. The E-Commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform, managing online sales & operations staff, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will collaborate with various teams, including purchasing, marketing, logistics, and customer Service, to ensure alignment with our brand values and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement a data-driven e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and growth objectives.
Oversee the daily running of the online store, including positioning promotional products, and special offers, and handling orders placed online and by phone.
Manage and engage with e-commerce sales associates, ensuring they meet performance metrics like sales, calls, chats, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
Lead team meetings, review customer communication weekly and provide coaching and training to improve service levels.
Analyze key performance metrics such as sales data, customer feedback, and website performance to recommend and execute improvements & conversion rate optimization.
Track and maximize weekly/monthly e-commerce sales, profitability, and performance against KPIs.
Manage budgets, resources, and overall department efficiency.
Stay current on e-commerce trends and technologies to continually improve the online shopping experience.
Collaborate with the e-commerce department head on system improvements, identifying trends, and setting department goals.
Skills/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce management
Proven ability to drive online sales growth and meet KPIs.
Experience in digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
Strong web analytics and project management skills.
Ability to coach and lead a team, providing feedback and performance tracking.
Data-driven decision-making skills with a keen analytical mindset.
Experience with customer service best practices and a track record of maintaining customer satisfaction.
Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and the ability to quickly learn new technology.
